I don’t know that there’s been an overwhelming desire for the 1980s television series The A-Team to have a big screen adaptation. Looking at old shows that would be ripe for adaptation, the series that made Mr. T a star does seem like a natural fit, with the potential for crazy action sequences and a quantity of explosions that would make Michael Bay envious. Science fiction is always at its best when it serves as social commentary.
