This week’s not-so-clever title refers to the fact that none of us had seen Prometheus at the time of recording (which has since been remedied, at least by Rafe). While we don’t have our own review to talk about, we do discuss the different reactions from our two writers, Thomas and Doc Rotten. When you are a comic book fan, you get used to a lot of things including being mocked by those who do not understand your passion. You hope that, one day, all those that mock you will see that you just were before your time. X-Men: First Class is the latest addition to the X-Men franchise. Many hoped it would be a reboot of the franchise (including me), however it really comes across as more of a “back to the roots” type prequel. By that I mean it feels like it fits right alongside X-Men and X2. It’s a little campy in sections and tries to take itself seriously enough, but can’t seem to find the correct...
