At long last the group has finally caught up to Deathwing.  With the assistance of Thrall, the Dragon Aspects, and the Dragon Soul itself, at last there’s a real good chance of taking out the Destroyer.  Well, at least there would be, if Thrall could get in another good shot with the Dragon Soul.  Fortunately he has a pretty impressive group of heroes standing by, just ready to take on such an... 

After an extended break, we’re finally back!  Although come on now, don’t say you didn’t enjoy the holiday vacation.  And if you skipped out on visiting family because you had a raid scheduled, shame on you!  That is, unless your whole family is in the raiding business…?  In which case, well, sure hope you got that shiny new epic you wanted.  Holidays aside, we have work to do if we’re... 

Don’t be too surprised if this week’s encounter starts out as a bit of a brick wall.  There is a very clear step up in difficulty going into the last wing of Dragon Soul, when compared to the first half of the raid.  While not every boss will be tossing curve-ball mechanics, all of them will press the raid’s raw numbers – success will depend on players’ abilities with their own class as... 

The goal this week is to finish the Siege of Wyrmrest portion of the Dragon Soul raid.  Three of the four bosses in this opening segment have been cleared — only one to go.  Next up, Hagara the Stormbinder.  A friendly reminder that the encounter discussion here is based upon the 10-man normal difficulty version of this raid.  If you want to talk Raid Finder, I’d say try it out for yourself. ... 

It hasn’t taken any time at all for guilds and pick-up groups alike to tear through the Dragon Soul raid, and since progress is being made so quickly, we’re covering the next two bosses this week.  Things get a little more complicated this time around, but still nothing to stress over.  Some of the mechanics are even rather amusing!  So let’s quit wasting time and get started before we’re...
