American Horror Story returns to FX on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 for its second season. Now considered a mini-series, this year’s title will be American Horror Story Asylum. The story shifts from the haunted Harmon House to the church-run psychiatric hospital, Briar Cliff Manor. Many of the season one cast members return (Jessica Lange, Zachary Quinto, Evan Peters) but as brand new characters. The familiar faces are joined by new cast members such as James Cromwell, Adam Levine, Chloe Sevigny and Joseph Fiennes.
