With only one big release this week (and the fact that it’s another chapter of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise), it’s pretty easy to figure out who is going to be the top dog this week. But how much will Pirates make, and who else will still draw crowds, particularly if Pirates has sold-out shows? Tim has his own guesses, as well as his predictions for the other contenders at this weekend’s box office, including a possible sleeper-hit for the start of the summer…

Tim Says: This week I firmly believe Captain Jack will bring us the first $100+ million take at the box office. With significant drops to the other movies in theatres, I am still holding on to the belief that Jumping the Broom will retain most of its audience and may have the potential to be the next Big Fat Greek Wedding. If there is any justice Priest will disappear completely off the top five this week but you never know…
